TokenWatt is operated by Teampulse Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("TokenWatt", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and what we don't. Use of our services is also governed by our terms of service.
Summary
| What | Policy |
|---|---|
| Prompts and completions sent to our inference API | Not stored. Not logged. Not used for training. Processed in memory only for the duration of the request. |
| Request metadata | Kept for 30 days for billing, capacity planning and troubleshooting, then deleted |
| Data sold or shared for advertising | Never |
| TokenWatt Bench (the measurement tool) | Runs on your machines and sends nothing to us |
| This website | No analytics, no tracking cookies; standard hosting logs |

Inference API
This section covers requests to TokenWatt's inference endpoints, whether you call them directly or through a marketplace such as OpenRouter.
Content. The text you send (prompts, messages, system instructions, tool definitions) and the text we generate (completions) are processed in memory to serve your request and discarded when the response finishes. We do not write them to disk, to logs or to any database. We do not use them to train, fine-tune or evaluate models. Our serving gateway is built and tested so that request and response content never reaches its logs.
Metadata. For each request we record:
- a request ID and timestamps;
- the model requested;
- the HTTP status and any error type;
- token counts (input and output) and latency measurements;
- the calling account or marketplace, and its API key identifier.
We use this to bill, to plan capacity, to measure and improve performance and to investigate failures. We keep it for 30 days and then delete it, except that aggregated, anonymous statistics (for example "requests per hour" or "median time to first token") may be kept longer and published in our reports.
Infrastructure. Inference runs on GPU servers that we operate or rent from infrastructure providers, and may in future run on hardware that partners make available to us under contract. In every case it runs our serving stack with the same no-content-logging rules. Infrastructure providers host the hardware; they don't receive request content from us beyond what passes through their machines while we serve it.
Marketplaces. If you reach us through a marketplace such as OpenRouter, the marketplace's own privacy policy also applies to the data it handles.
TokenWatt Bench
Bench is software you run on your own machines. It sends requests to your inference endpoint and reads hardware telemetry (GPU and node power, clocks, temperatures). It's read-only, doesn't load model weights and doesn't store prompt or completion text. It sends nothing to TokenWatt. Results stay on your machines unless you choose to share or publish them.
This website
- No analytics and no tracking cookies. We don't run analytics scripts or advertising pixels.
- Local storage: your light/dark theme choice is saved in your browser and never sent to us.
- Hosting logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard request logs (such as IP address, user agent and pages requested) to serve and protect the site, under its own privacy policy.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard request information from your browser.
- Email: if you write to us, we keep the conversation to reply and follow up. We don't add you to mailing lists without asking.
Published reports
Public reports and lab notes contain measurements from hardware we rent or from partners who agreed to publication. We never publish a customer's results, configuration or identity without written permission.
Security
Traffic to our endpoints is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to infrastructure and to metadata is limited to the people who operate the service, with credentials kept out of source code and logs.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy we'll update this page and the effective date above. For material changes affecting the inference API, we'll also notify marketplaces and direct customers before the change takes effect.
